In the charming Ras Al Khaimah region sits a five-star resort complex, which includes the Nobu Residences Al Marjan Island. In partnership with the world-famous hotel chain Nobu Hotels, H&H Development is carrying out the project.
The posh seaside community will have a branded restaurant, 300 private homes ideal for year-round or seasonal use, and a first-rate hotel. Newly announced in the fourth quarter of 2023, the first phase of the development will offer apartments with 2-3 bedrooms and large floor plans (between 1,500 and 2,500 square feet). Beautiful views of the Arabian Gulf and the beach will greet residents of each home, which will have an open-concept kitchen and living area, bedrooms with built-in closets and private bathrooms, and a terrace.
