Located in the heart of JVC District 14 on Jumeirah Village Circle, FIVE Jumeirah Village Dubai is a five-star hotel complex featuring a variety of individualized apartments. FIVE Holdings was the project’s developer from 2015 until its completion in 2019, while WS Atkins & Partners was the architectural consultant.
There are 247 rooms and 221 studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, as well as 33 four-bedroom houses in the housing project. Every house has either a private swimming pool or a jacuzzi on the outside patio, which is one of the most desirable features of the development. Some apartments will even include a freestanding tub with a view of the skyline of Dubai.
