Athlon is the first active community in the city and the second project that Aldar Properties and Dubai Holding have worked together on. It is located in Dubailand. This project has a carefully chosen list of activities put together by health professionals to change the way people think about fitness-focused living.
The 2,692 units are split into 9 groups, which are called Chion, Delphi, Diagon, Leon, Milon, Olympia, Theon, Vitalon, and Zeston. You can buy apartments with three to four bedrooms, standard villas with three to five bedrooms, and premium villas with six to seven bedrooms.
