Dubai Maritime City is located on the northern direction near the creek area business district. It lies between Port Rashid and Dubai Dry Docks. It is located in such a strategic position that an easy access to major parts of the city can be found as it is just about 1 kilometre from Jumeirah Beach Road, 1.5 Kilometres from Bur Dubai, 2.5 Kilometres from Shindaga tunnel in Deira, 3 kilometres from Sheikh Zayed Road and about 10 kilometres from Dubai International Airport.
Dubai Maritime City will be a mixed use development for the maritime industry and will comprise of industrial, commercial, residential and leisure facilities. It is housed on a manmade peninsula and features the country’s first National Maritime Museum and the region’s premier ship repair and maintenance facilities.
