Golf City
Overview
DWC Golf City is an off-plan project in Dubai World Central (Dubai South) established in collaboration with the leading real estate development company, Emaar Properties. The memorandum between Dubai Aviation City Corporation (DACC) and Emaar to begin construction for the Golf District was signed back in 2008. It will feature two giant golf courses and luxurious residential properties dedicated to golfers and professionals of the Aviation City.
Existing to the south of the mainland, DWC is an innovative project spanning over 140 sq. km of land. Besides the airport, it features a multiphase development of 5 clusters. These phases will include Residential City, Commercial City, Aviation City, Logistics City, and finally, Golf City.
